💙 Helping Control Pet Overpopulation Giving Tuesday, Friends of Yolo County Animal Services is focusing its efforts on a critical community need: accessible, low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services.

 

As an organization committed to supporting the shelter’s mission, Friends is dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and helping pets stay healthy, safe, and in their loving homes. With your support, Friends, together with Yolo County Animal Services, will bring two low-cost spay, neuter, and vaccination clinics to our community, expanding access to essential care for local pets and the families who love them.

 

Your support will help us: Provide affordable spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats in Yolo County Offer low-cost vaccinations and microchips Reduce the number of vulnerable and homeless animals entering the shelter Strengthen our community by giving pets the preventative care they need Your gift goes directly toward creating healthier pets, fewer unwanted litters, and a brighter future for animals throughout Yolo County.

 

💜 Make a Difference This Giving Tuesday — Donate Now Our Giving Tuesday goal is $10,000, which will allow us to sponsor two low-cost clinics for our community. But we don’t want to stop there. The more we raise, the more clinics we can offer — and the more animals and families we can help. Every donation, no matter the size, moves us closer to reducing pet overpopulation and expanding our support for Yolo County Animal Services Shelter.

Our focus is to improve the lives of animals, promote adoption, and strengthen the bond between pets and people through training, humane education, community outreach, and ongoing enrichment.
