Friends of Yolo County Animal Services is dedicated to supporting programs and initiatives at Yolo County Animal Services that enhance care for both animals and the community, going beyond the typical expectations of a municipal shelter.

By funding key positions, services, and enrichment activities, we help build a more compassionate and responsive animal services system—one that serves animals and people alike. Our focus is to improve the lives of animals, promote adoption, and strengthen the bond between pets and people through training, humane education, community outreach, and ongoing enrichment.
